FitMax BCAA + Glutamine is a food supplementing the diet with branched chain amino acids (BCAA) - leucine, isoleucine and valine, and enriched with L-glutamine. Regular supply of these amino acids is necessary for proper muscle protein regeneration.

L-glutamine - is extremely important for muscle amino acid. Forms up to 60% amino acid pool in skeletal muscle. It is the first and primary source of nitrogen for their own intrasystemic synthesis of amino acids.

BCAA - which is a combination of three branched chain amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine. L-leucine is the most important of these three amino acids. It promotes the synthesis of skeletal muscle in many ways. It can increase the secretion of insulin, one of the most powerful anabolic hormones in our body. Leucine also results in improved use of protein supplied with food as a building material. The other two amino acids valine and isoleucine, are necessary for proper reconstruction of the muscle protein.
