High quality organic almond flour with a pleasant, slightly sweet taste! It is characterized by very high protein content (22%). Ideal as a thickener for soups and sauces, batter or sprinkles for dishes and desserts, and even a component of baked cakes and breads!

Diet Food Bio Almond Flour - is made from specially selected almonds that are blanched, then dried and powdered. Thanks to such treatments it does not lose any nutritional value. Almonds are a rich source of many vitamins and minerals, including vitamins B1, E, PP, magnesium and potassium. It not only helps to support the immune system, but strong antioxidants (eg vitamin E) limit the activity of free radicals.

Almond flour works well as:
- thickener for soups and sauces, yoghurts, ice creams, milk or fruit cocktails
