Hydrolit ™ is a dietary food for special medical purposes. It consists of sugars and a sweetener. Preparation in the form of a powder which, when dissolved in water is used as an oral rehydration fluid for dietary disorders in the states of water and electrolyte, where there is a risk of dehydration during diarrhea and vomiting.

It is a product of irrigation reduced osmolarity and reduced sodium, whose composition is in line with the recommendations ESPGHAN (European Society of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition, Children).

Recommendations WHO / UNICEF:

1. PHASE OF IRRIGATION (the first 3-4 hours of irrigation) The recommended dose of rehydration solution: 50-100 ml / kg m.c./4 hours. (An additional 5-10 ml / kg b.w. each diarrheal stool and 2-5 ml / kg b.w. each episode of vomiting)

2. PHASE OF IRRIGATION maintenance (further steps irrigation) The recommended dose rehydration solution: 5-10 ml / kg b.w. each diarrheal stool and 2-5 ml / kg b.w. after each episode of vomiting.

Recommended use:

1 sachet dissolved in 200 ml. Serve 100 ml of the prepared liquid after each diarrheal stool or vomiting.

Body weight: from 12 to 15 kg
4 sachets dissolved in 800 ml. Serve small portions ..

6 sachets dissolved in 1200 ml. Serve small portions.
