Curcumin C3 Complex contains standardized turmeric root (Curcuma longa) extract. Turmeric improves digestion, i.a. by increasing excretion of gastric fluids, and helps the bowels function properly. It also has beneficial effect on the liver and enhances physiological gall excretion. The herb is known to help maintain proper condition of the joints and improve their flexibility. It is a natural anti-oxidant, as it protects the cells against free radicals.
