Amix™ Recovery Max™ is a product which was specially developer for the perfect and fast recovery after heavy physical exercise. Already in the first hour your muscles look for the best source of nutrition and specific nutrients, which are directly intended for their regeneration and optimal supplementation of the lost nutrients.

L-Glutamine – is the most abundant amino acid in the muscles. Without supplying the sufficient quantities of this amino acid is not the regeneration and muscle growth possible.

BCAA- amino acids with branched chain increase the protein synthesis in muscle (reduce its decomposition). It includes L-Leucin, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine

L-Citrulline malate – helps to wash away lactic acid from muscle. It recovers the sources of immediate energy (ATP), thereby delays and eliminates sign of fatique.

Beta Alanine (CarnoSyn®) supports the creation of carnosine in muscles, which takes part in the regeneration of the whole organism. It helps insomnia and improves the sleep qaulity.

AmixTM PhosphoMatrix - is a special mineral premix, which ensures the supply of important substances into the bloodstream.

Recommended use:

Mix ½ scoop (11,5 g) with 200-300 ml of water and drink immediately after physical performance. To change the flavour and sweetness of drink change the amount of water used for preparation.
